About Meating BBQ

Meating BBQ is an all-you-can-eat Premium Japanese BBQ and Asian buffet restaurant. Guests gather around charcoal grills to enjoy premium meats, bold flavors, and a fun, interactive dining experience.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable servers who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Explain our all-you-can-eat BBQ experience, menu options, and restaurant policies.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food, beverages, and dining supplies promptly.
• Check on guests regularly and respond quickly to requests.
• Help guests enjoy a safe and comfortable tableside grilling experience.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between parties.
• Process payments and provide accurate receipts.
• Work closely with other servers, hosts, bussers, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of restaurant or customer-service experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English with guests and coworkers.
• Friendly, organized, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift and carry food, beverages, and dining supplies.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

What We Offer

• $18 per hour, plus approximately $100–$200 in tips per shift, with higher earning potential during busy weekend shifts.
